Department of Motor Vehicles

So finally, being 17.87 years old, I got my permit. Not quite at the license part yet, but I'm getting there.

I waited around a good hour at the DMV. Fun, fun. I got a -6 on my test but I passed. Did you know you had to listen to the stop-sign-holding-old-volunteer-workers-around-public-schools at all times, even when no more kids are even around? They can be sitting in the middle of the intersection sticking that stop sign in their butts, and you'd still have to listen to them!

Oh yeah, I chose that picture because that sign has always looked very awkward to me. Like someone just decided to make his head unproportionally big all of the sudden...

Heeey! Maya, good job! You finally started! When do you plan on taking the actual test? Go to Hawthorne because it's supposedly the easiest (I failed there).

For street signs, I think I like the ones with the Mexican family running across the most. You can only see those down in San Diego http://www.blognow.com.au/uploads/r/raymen709/66802.jpg
